Description

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to rehab the exterior of the housing units at Station Neah Bay. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (A) Installation of rigid insulation, building wrap, and vinyl siding over existing T1-11 siding on two (2) housing units; (B) Install of vinyl siding over existing T1-11 siding on two (2) housing units; (C) Installation of rigid insulation and vinyl siding over concrete block on one (1) housing unit; (D) Prepping, priming and painting of all new and previously painted surfaces on the exterior of all Thirteen (13) housing units; and (E) Replace all dry rotted fascias and T1-11 siding. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 235210. Size Standards is $11.5. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
