Description

Requirement for award of a firm-fixed-price requirements contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to seal coat roads located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This project may include grading gravel roads and applying seal coat to asphalt and gravel roads. This work will consist of the construction of a seal coat composed of an application of asphaltic material with a covering of aggregate for seal coat cover, constructed on a previously completed surface. Contract period will be a base period of approximately one year with two (2) one-year option periods. Project magnitude for the base contract period plus options is between $625,000 and $725,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234110 with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. Competition is full and open. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copies of bid documents will be denied.
