Description

The Naval Training Center, Supply & Logistics, Purchase Department, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for 3-each HG-10 Solmetex Dental Mercury Removal Systems for the Naval Dental Research Institute, Great Lakes, IL. Systems include 4-each Transfer Pump Stations (one self-contained, direct connect ABS Plastic Pumps with pressure activated to turn pumps on as liquid is sensed); 3-each SH-BB20 100 Micron 20" "Big Blue" Filter Housings; 3-each FIL 100M20 100 Micron 20" Filter Elements; 3-each DPF10 10" Filter Cartridges (XX indicates Micron Rating, E.G. 10=10 Micron, etc.); 3-each KXO-D10 Keylex Mercury Removal Resin Cartridges; 7-each Hg5 Hg5 Mercury Removal Systems; and 7-each Hg5-002 Hg5 Replacement Cartridges. This is a synopsis/solicitation and no written solicitation shall be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is received as a result of a notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No phone calls shall be accepted.
