Description

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is holding an industry conference for the Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) program, on April 25, from 10:00 12:30, at the center. The IPV program provides total supply chain management to the point of use, in support of consumables used in the maintenance repair and overhaul of weapon systems. Contracts are issued to prime contractors who will be responsible for the integration of commercial and government sources of supply to provide just in time support. The goal of the program is to achieve fill rates that meet or exceed 98%. The estimated annual value of individual contracts will exceed $10,000,000.
