Description

DARPA intends to award a sole source purchase order to EarthData Technologies LLC of for an effort to acquire, process and deliver to DARPA Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) map data of a selected project area within Camp Navajo, Arizona. After acquiring the raw LIDAR data, the contractor will be required to process it and deliver a reflective surface digital terrain model, a "bare-earth" digital terrain model, and two-foot contours generated from the bare-earth digital terrain model. The projected period of performance is 3 months and projected cost is $49,000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
