Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), is amending the original combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of a "Turn-Key Photogrammetric Film Scanning System". Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-5 was included in the original announcement; however, paragraph (b) therein was not completed. Within this clause are additional clauses, which may be applicable to any acquisition, are they are numbered sequentially from 1 through 27. Now, THEREFORE, the following numbers which representing those additional clauses applicable to this particular acquisition are hereby set forth and MUST be addressed by the vendor when the firm submits its response: numbers (1); (5); (6); (11 through 15); (18 through 21); and (23). Any numbers not identified above are NOT applicable to this particular acquisition. The date for receipt of responses from interested vendors is NOT changed. Responses are still due by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, 29 March 2001.
