Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) plans to acquire, on a sole source basis, a Commercial Video Service from Qwest Government Services, Inc., who has an exclusive agreement with the 2002 Olympic Committee for the provision of communication services at all designated Olympic venues during the 2002 Winter Olympic games. The minimum contracted service shall be acquired in accordance with Qwest filed tariffs. NAICS Code 513220. Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) (Sole Source) FAR 6.302-1. Only one source (see Note 22) Intended source(s): Qwest Government Services, Inc. The final contract award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors.
