Intent to award against existing BOA with MOOG Inc.. Critical Application Item. Any mfr other than MOOG must submit a complete SAR package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (see FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). DSCR does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Origin inspection required. FOB is origin; ship to New Cumberland, PA. Requested quantity is 95 each with a requested delivery of 220 days ARO. A Letter solicitation will be issued to MOOG. Approximate award date is 30 June 2001. Numbered Note 26 applies.
