Description

RFP-R6-8-01-20 FIRE CACHE #2322 BUILDING REPLACEMENT, The Forest Service is seeking proposals for construction of a storage building approximately 2100 sq.ft., wood frame, trussed, metal roof, concrete slab, large overhead garage doors. Design includes fire engine bays, office, meeting room, bathroom, storage area. Types of work include carpentry, concrete, electrical, mechanical, roofing, and finish. Location of project is at the Newport Ranger District Office, 315 North warren, Newport, WA 99156, located in the Colville National Forest, in Pend Oreille County, eastern Washington. Total performance time is 120 calendar days, estimated to start May 15, 2001, with a cost range from $100,000 to $250,000.
