The U.S. Army Aviation and Missle Command intends to negotiate and on a sole source basis with Marion Metal Works, Incorporated, under authority of FAR 6.302, a firm fixed price contract for Labor and Materials for Mini-Flail Spare parts. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determiniation not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.*****
