Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from DCU, 45 Steel Road, Wylie, TX 75098, 5 each -- Full scale Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) display models with aluminum shipping crates. The sole source is based on DCU's existing molds and proprietary process utilizing epoxy resin/fiberglass cloth to provide a lightweight full-scale model of just 40 pounds. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above product, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 05 April 01, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
