This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. A quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F34612-01-T0110 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business and is under NAICS code 337122, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is being solicited Brand Name or Equal, manufacturer being Edison Sales, Inc, and their online catalog is available at http://www.edisonbarstools.com Requirement consists of the following, listed in format (line item #, quantity and unit of issue, manufacturer's part number (where applicable), description;) 0001, 10 Each, MFG 702-36, Stools, solid oak, 36" high (from ground to top of seat cushion,) with arms, medium stain, swivel base, dark blue seat cushion; 0002, 12 Each, MFG 702-18, Chairs, solid oak, 18" high (from ground to base of seat cushion,) with arms, medium stain, swivel base, dark blue seat cushion; 0003, 3 Each, Table, solid oak, 42" high, 36" diameter top, 8" pedestal, medium stain; 0004, 9 Each, MFG 702-30, Stools, solid oak, 30" high (from ground to top of seat cushion,) with arms, medium stain, swivel base, dark blue seat cushion; 0005, 3 Each, Table, solid oak, 30" high, 36" diameter top, 8" pedestal, medium stain; Please send any questions or requests to 97CONS/LGCA, ATTN: Matthew Boyd, 205 S. 6th St. Bldg. 318, Altus AFB, OK 73523-5147. The government reserves the right to make award without discussions.
