Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Comptek PRB Associates of Hollywood, MD. Required is the fabrication of 170 production Mission Reprogramming Units (MRUs). Comptek PRB is the only known source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm, other than Comptek PRB, should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22.
