Required delivery with First Article Testing is 12 each 315 DACA. First Article test report due 198 DACA. Required delivery without first article testing is 12 each 210 DACA and 12 each month thereafter until completion. This item is restricted to Lucas Western Inc. (99551) 211 Seward Avenue, Utica, NY 13503 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co (8V613), 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
