Description

System: ATAS, Nomenclature: Cooler Reservoir Assembly, PRON: D11F0043, NSN: 1440-01-451-5825, P/N: 481-200571, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is 200 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for a base year and (4) four years, for a total maximum quantity of 600 each. Orders will be issues one or more times as requirements materialize. This requirement requires 15 each, first article submitted for testing. The proposed contract listed herein will be solicited on an unrestricted basis to both large and small business. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 290 days after contract award. 100 days for delivery of first article, 90 days testing and 100 days for delivery of production quantity. Delivery Schedule without first article, 100 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
