Description

On or about Monday, April 2, 2001 plans and specifications will be available for the construction of a wastwater treatment plant, inclusive of all site, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, masonry, roofing, superintendence, installation of identified 'Bioclere' system, one-year operation and maintenance from acceptance in accordance to provided plans and specifications to meet MA DEP effluent discharges and permit requirements at the Middlesex-Essex Processing and Distribution Center, 76 Main Street, North Reading, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The estimated cost of construction is between $950,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 with construction completion no later than 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Award of this project will be based on price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation package.
