Website URL: http://fs.fed.us.r6/mthood/noca/ This project consists of the solicitation of Sealed Bids for the construction of two paved parking areas along the Historic Columbia River Highway, USDA Forest Service, Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah County, Oregon. Work will occur at two locations: 1) Oneota Trailhead and 2) Jon Yeon Trailhead. Work will consist of the construction of rock walls, stone curbing, excavating, aggregate, asphalt paving, pavement marking, landscaping, highway signs, one kiosk, engraved wood signs, precast concrete sign post, and other associated work. The work is expected to begin on or about June 15, 2001. The contract time is 120 calendar days. This project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a HUBZone small business set-aside. See Numbered Notes 1 and 27.
