Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using the Simplified Acquisition Procedues of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13. This synopsis is for information purposes only. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE PROCURED ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS with the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences, Washington, D.C. The procurement is for the publication of an expanded volume of research papers presented in the workshop entitled "Using Education and Information Programs and Voluntary Measures to Help Achieve Environmental Protection Goals".
