Description

The work includes providing all labor and materials to maintain, repair, test and inspect fire alarm, fire suppression, and intrusion alarm systems, and incidental related work as specified in the specification, complete and ready for use. Work includes the performance of service call work to make repairs to return systems to proper operation, indefinite quantity work to make specific repairs, preventative maintenance inspection and other services as described in specifications. Performance period for base year (Fiscal Year 2001) is four months with options for four (4) additional years. IFB will be available on or about 2 April 2001. Plans and specifications can be obtained via internet website www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Contractors must have Adobe Acrobat Reader for download. Funds are presently not available for this project.
