Description

Contractor is required to provide services for the performance and interpretation of Interventional and Special Procedures Radiology and interpretation of general radiology and Cat Scan films at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Response time after notification is 30 minutes. All services must be performed at this facility. The contractor must meet all VA Medical Center requirements to be credentialed and privledged by this agency prior to commencing work under the contract. The base period of this contract will be from the date of award for a period of one year. Three renewal options will be available to the Government. Contractor must adhere to VA Medical Center policies, procedures and regulations of the medical staff bylaws of the the VA Medical Center. Personnel assigned by the contractor to perform required services must be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia and must be board certified.
