Description

Proposals are solicited for the Location and Measurement of Inventory Plots, USDA Forest Service, Mt. Hood National Forest, Mt. Hood, Willamette, and Siuslaw National Forests. Work consists of the installation, GPS location and data delivery of 200 permanent plots. The plots shall be installed using FIA Plot Design. All work shall be performed in accordance with the procedures detailed in "Field Instructions for the Annual Inventory of Oregon, 2001." The plot locations are throughout National Forest lands. Work is expected to begin on or about June 15, 2001. Contract time is 120 Calendar Days. 100% small-business set-aside. See Numbered Note 1.
