Description

B -- The Centers for Disease and Prevention are seeking proposals for performance of a full range of evaluation study types; program assessments, policy assessments and evaluation design studies. Evaluations or assessments typically target certain high-priority public health issues or programs that are likely to influence CDC's budgetary, legislative, regulatory and long-range planning. Multiple awards (3 or more) are contemplated for cost-type indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts. Individual task orders for specific services will be competed among the multiple award contractors. The period of performance is contemplated as a base year with 4 option year periods. Evaluation criteria includes: (1) scientific and technical approach; (2) management plan and personnel; (3) corporate capability; (4) facilities and equipment. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. The estimated date of release at the www.eps.gov website is on or about April 17, 2001.
