Description

The VISN22 Network Business Center, Long Beach, hereby gives notice of it's intent to issue a sole source contract to ELA Medical, Inc. for model no.212 Brio D.R. Pacemakers and Stelix/Stelid Leads for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Additional pacemakers and leads will be procured for ELA Medical, Inc. in accordance with Federal Supply Schedule Contract No.V797P-4136A. Open market items are required for compatibility in a VA approved research project. Solicitation will issue on or about April 2, 2001 with responses due April 12, 2001. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for the solicitation must be made to the attention of the contracting officer and may be faxed to (562) 494-5828. (See Numbered Note 22).
