Being bought in accordance with approved sources: AV Technology LLC (53602) P/N 7004034 and Vision Blocks Inc (9S670) P/N 7004034. Total quantity required is 586 each with 215 each going to (SW3215) Barstow, CA 92311-5014 and 371 each going to (MMSA01) Albany, GA 31704-1128. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 03-30-01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a sigificant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
