Description

Provide all labor, materials, parts, and supervision to winterize one cell of three existing cells for a cooling tower to operate a single 300 ton centrifugal chiller during the intermediate seasons to provide chilled water for air-conditioning. This shall be accomplished utilizing electric heaters installed in the cooling tower sump and heat tracer cable on the exposed piping. A filtration system shall be required for the cooling tower and shall include the installation of a sweeper system for the towers' basins. The estimated contract amount is $40,000.00-$50,000.00 Please note: This is a (PRE)solicitation notice. Solicitation packages will be sent out 30 days after issuance of this notice.
