Description

The Florida Army National Guard needs to rent three (3) 100' by 132' by 10' tents, three (3) 33' by 40' by 10' tents, and 400 Watt lighting for all. The contractor will be required to transport the tents to Camp Blanding Training Site (CBTS), Starke, Florida, set them up in advance of Annual Training, and remove them at the completion. Set-up of tents will start on May 28, 2001 and will be completed by 8:00 AM (EST) May 30, 2001. Removal will commence on or about June 17, 2001. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. RFPs will be issued on or about May 1, 2001. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order may result from a solicitation resulting from this notice. Estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532299. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. Contractor must register with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in compliance with DFARS 204.7302, before contract can be awarded.
