Description

Rental of approx 100 each 48" cold storage refrigerated reefer trailers for an approx time frame of 18 May 2001 thru 03 Jul 2001 in support of Roving Sands 01. The exact times and quantitites are not known at the present time. Delivery of reefers will be made on different dates and locations and not all reefers will be used for this entire time frame. Some reefers will be used for as little as one week and others for the entire period. Need interested contractors to submit a detailed proposal stating all costs, etc. daily rate, weekly rate, monthly rate, delivery and pick up charge to Ft Bliss, Texas area, McGregor Range, Dona Ana Range, Oro Grande Range and Stallion, New Mexico. Also cost for refrigerated hours and mileage rate if any and cost of service call for other than standard maintenance. Before an award is made Contract Specialist will call contractor to coordinate quantities, delivery dates and location. All refrigerated reefers must be clean, sanitized and pass Fort Bliss health inspection. All contractors must be in Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to received awards from the Government. This acquisition is full and open competition. A solicitation will not be issued againist this requirement.
