Description

The United States Department of Labor's Office of Facilities Management, Division of Building Management has a requirement for janitorial and related services at the Frances Perkins Building located at 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. The period of performance for this requirement will be for one year with four(4)one-year option periods. The Government will make only one(1)Contract Award as a result of this solicitation. Offerors must submit written requests for the solicitation document and those requests must reference the solicitation number RFP L/A 01-12. All requests for the solicitation document must be postmarked no later than April 13, 2001. Requests may be faxed on Area Code (202)219-6853. Please do not submit a duplicate written request with a faxed copy for the solicitation. The Government will consider requests from all responsible offerors that are HUBZone Small Business Concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone Small Business Concerns will not be considered. The SIC Code for this requirement is 7349 and the NAICS Code is 56172. Note number twenty-seven(27) applies to this procurement.
