Description

Contractor shall furnish all tools, fuels, lubricants, materials, equipment , labor, supervision and other services as necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance @ Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH 44270, covering the period June 1, 2001 (or date of contract award, whichever is latest), through September 30, 2001 (base period), with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2005. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561730 and a size standard of $5M is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be mailed on or about March 30, 2001.
