SPECIAL NOTICE FISC PUGET SOUND -- PUGET SOUND NAVAL SHIPYARD INDUSTRY NOTIFICATION. PUGET SOUND NAVAL SHIPYARD POINT OF CONTACT FOR NOTIFICATION OF PRODUCT RECALLS, SAFETY ALERTS AND SAFETY BULLETINS. Product recall notifications as well as safety alerts and safety bulletins are to be provided to customers who have purchased affected products. A Point of Contact has been established at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington, to use for notification purposes. All suppliers and manufacturers of tools and industrial equipment should use this point of contact to notify Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington, of any product recalls, safety alerts and/or safety bulletins on items purchased for the Shipyard, no matter which contracting office placed the contract/order. This product notification process also applies to any items purchased for the Shipyard using the Purchase Card.
