Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Pitney Bowes for photocopy service on volume bands. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The appplicable NAICS code is 561439 with a size standard of $5.0M. All reponses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See numbered Note 22.
