Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) has a requirement for non-personal engineering support services in support of Level IV Component In-Service Engineering Agent, Acquisition Engineering Agent, Designated Overhaul Point and Interim Inventory Control Point for microwave tubes, associated high-voltage power supplies, microwave components and component to system interfaces. The equipment is associated with AEGIS Weapons System, AEGIS Combat System, and other similar surveillance/tracking/fire control, communications and electronic countermeasure systems. Additional engineering support services are required by NSWC Crane in support of Program Executive Office Surface Combatants (formerly the AEGIS Program Office) tasking in the areas of system integration, industrial production engineering support, depot level maintenance, proof of concept validation and design review. Tasks will be identified in individual delivery orders which will contain a Statement of Work and Contract Data Requirements Lists (DD Form 1423). The contractor shall maintain a facility within a two-hour commute of NSWC Crane, IN. The contractor shall be required to hold a Top Secret facility clearance. The contract will consist of a basic period of performance of one year, and four one-year options. The contract period of performance will not exceed five years. Source selection procedures include contractor evaluation criteria identified as: Past Performance, Technical Capability, Personnel, Management and Organization, Quality, and Cost.
