Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for exhibit planning and design services, which contribute, to the development of exhibit projects for the National Park Service. Services include, any or all of the following: travel to Harpers Ferry Center and Park sites for project meetings; preparation and development of resource and reference packages; preparing promotional materials; developing and producing schematic, concept and final plans; selecting and preparing graphics; writing text; prepare exhibit drawings; developing digital files, and special effects. The Government anticipates award of up to 20 Indefinite Delivery -- Indefinite Quantity contracts. This soliciation is a partial set-aside for a small business and includes a HubZone small business set-aside. The Government may award up to five of the 20 contracts to other than small business concerns and one award to a HubZone small business concern. These contracts will be issued for a one year period with priced options for four additional years. Each contract will contain a minimum guaranteed workload of $2,500 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be $500,000 per year. This solicitation will be available on the Internet on April 16, 2001 at http://www.nps.gov/hfc/.
