Description

Synopsis: The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting quotations to furnish Mock JHACO Environment of Care Surveys for all eight Medical Centers in VISN 12 (VA Chicago Health Care System, Lakeside and West Side Division, Chicago, IL., Hines VA, Hines, IL.; Iron Mountain VA., Iron Mountain, MI.; Tomah VA., Tomah, WI.; Madison VA., Madison, WI.; Milwaukee VA., Milwaukee, WI. The start date is estimated to be 15 May 2001 for a period of 1 year with 2 option years. This Contract is a firm-fixed price. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about April 3, 2001.
