Description

Furnish all tools, labor and parts to provide services/maintenance on Centrix P363 Chest Xray Unit located at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Contractor shall maintain equipment in accordance with conformance standards including all intervening calls between regular service and calibrations. Bidder must have access to complete service manuals and parts inventory. Solicitation documents to be available on or before 4-2-01. Period of contract is one(1) year with four(4)one year renewal options. Bids are due not later than 2:30 P.M. local time April 18,2001. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing and may be faxed the Contracting Officer at (814)942-9253. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System Code(NAICS) is 811219. This procurement is Unrestricted; Small Business Standard is $5.0 million. The VA will conduct this procurement according to a combination of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
