Description

a. Metallurgical support -- Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy, comparison of paint/smears to a submitted sample, Comparative materials analysis and matching, Tensile Overload Testing, Failure Analysis, and Dimensional Verification. b. Chemical laboratory support -- Optical Emission Spectroscopy and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. c. NDI testing -- Radiography (Real-time and Standard) Place of performace must be within 30 mi of Brooks AFB TX. Solicitation will be issued to Cooperheat-MQS,Inc., Kelly Air Force Base 506 Shop Lane Bldg. #318 San Antonio, TX 78226 All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition.
