Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation Number DAHA04-01-T-8029 is a Request for Quotation. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This is to service and pump daily Government Owned Latrines located at different locations at Camp Roberts, CA for the CA Army National Guard. For 50 people per day for the following time frames and quanitities required: 07/19/01-08/04/01 for 130 latrines; 07/26/01-08/11/01 for 12 latrines; 07/12/01-07/26/01 for 10 latrines; 07/14/01-08/13/01 for 50 latrines; all supplies such as toilet paper is to be included for servicing and pumping of latrines daily for a total of 202 latrines in the above time frames. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitation or quote and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of RFQ may render your quote as nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
