THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 2000 PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE LICENSES WITH MEDIA AND DOCUMENTATION. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change the RFQ descriptions and quantities to the following: 269-03850 Microsoft Office 2000 Professional (full version) License -- 70 each; 269-03870 Microsoft Office 2000 Professional License Upgrade version -- 153 each; 269-03573 Microsoft Office 2000 Professional CD Media -- 11 each; 269-02198 Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Documentation -- 11 each. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred) no later than March 28, 2001. It is the quoter's responsibilty to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any). The due date for receipt of offers is extended to April 6, 2001. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on March 16, 2001. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
