Description

NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement for 107,000 lbs of Carbon Dioxide CO2. Nonmeicinal 99.5% pure bulk. Delivery will be made to two building, each building has a 12,000 pound tank. This requirement is set aside for Small Business. The small business size NAICS is 325120 for this procurement with number of employees 500 and the Federal Supply Class is 6830. To register for this request for quotation, you must email the following information directly to Pat Griffin at griffinpa@ih.navy.mil: Request for quotation (in subject line of your email); Name of the requestor; Organization name, address, telephone and fax number; and your email address. Use your email read notification feature to confirm the Acquisition Assistant's receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It's the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of RFQ's and amendments. Once the RFQ has been issued on the internet, the Acquisition Assistant will send an e-mail message to the registered requestors informing them that the RFQ is now available for downloading off the internet. Copies of issued RFQ's can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division Website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/contract (copies of RFQ's will not be e-mailed, faxed, or provided in person, these types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED). NSWC/IHD shall not receive or accept any form of electronic or faxed proposals as a result of this RFQ.
