Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery type contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance, Berlin Lake, Berlin Center, Ohio. Services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, janitorial services, solid waste removal services and park attendant services. The period of performance will be 1 June 2001 or date of award, whichever is later through 31 March 2002, with four (4) one-year option periods. The specifications will be available approximately 13 April 2001 and will be provided free of charge. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
