Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Mr. Leonard L. Mitnick, Ph.D., 4805 Morgan Drive, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain technical assistance for the Office of Science and Epidemiology, Demonstration Project Development and Evaluation Branch to assist with implementation of the Columbia University Evaluation and Technical Assistance Center's Work Plan for dissemination activities and products. This assistance will involve monitoring and resolution of data issues for each grantee, analysis of available data, and communications and dissemination expertise specifically related to the presentation of data and findings from the ongoing cohort of 35 SPNS grantees; analyzing and collecting of existing program data from the SPNS grantees, This effort shall result in products that can describe the SPNS program in terms of typologies of grantees and interventions, location, demographic characteristics of clients, and improvements in health-related outcomes and reduction of barriers to care over time. The period of performance is 12 months. A Firm-fixed Price purchase order will be awarded.
