Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract to Eagan Mcallister Associates, Inc. for flight clearances. The contractor shall review and analyze flight clearances and monitor, coordinate, and track the status of flight clearances request and approved. The contractor shall set up and administer a database to monitor and track flight clearances. The contractor shall use the database to coordinate with the test team, the Boeing St. Louis Flight Clearance Coordinator (FCC), and the NAVAIR FCC. See Note 22. Requests for this request for quotation shall be faxed to (301) 342-1864, ATTN: Cliff Stevens, NAWCAD, Patuxent River, MD. 20670.
