Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for competent, capable and experienced Psychologists to conduct psychological assessments of individuals who have been offered Special Agent positions. DEA will make awards based on the following regions: Northeast, Southern, Central and Western. DEA anticipates that from 350 to 450 applicants will need to undergo psychological assessments in each of the four regions during the first year of the contract. Offerors will be evaluated on the following criteria: I. Qualified Interviewers shall have: completed and accredited program for conducting osychological assessments; A current, valid licesne to conduct psychological suitability assessments; Interpreted a minimum of 250 MMPI-2 scores and reports for law enforcement personnel; Conducted at least 100 psychological assessments of applicants for law enforcement positions; and knowledge of laws and professional standards related to the use of psychological assessments in employment settings. II. Past Performance. The proposed contract period will be from date of award through 365 days with two (2) twelve month option periods, subject to availability of funds.
