Description

The Naval Regional Contracting Center, Naples Italy has a requirement for liquid petroleum gas (LPG) with a minimum caloric value of 11,000 calories per kilo-hour of combustible liquid petroleum gas. The contractor is required to place (and maintain) contractor-owned storage tanks at 35 locations in and around Naples, Italy. Contractor provides tank trucks and delivery personnel and all necessary equipment. The contract is indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery. The annual estimated amount is 394,000 liters. Delivery is required within 2 days after placement of orders. The contract is for a base year and four one-year options. The solicitation/contract is being processed under FAR 13.5. Numbered Note 12 applies.
