Description

SPAWARSYSCEN Charlston, SC (Code 50) intends to acquire on a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price basis a contract to Datacomm Management Sciences, Inc., 25 Van Zant Street, E. Norwalk, CT 06855-1790. The proposed procurement is for expansion, replacement and ancillary parts and Support Services for the Automated Network Control Center (ANCC). This acquisition will be negotiated on a Sole Source basis with Datacomm Management Services, Inc. under the authority of FAR 3.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirments). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. See Numbered Note 22. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
