Description

Refer to Notes#1,#9. This announcement is for solicitation of 3 NSNs as follows: Clin 0001: 1710-00-126-2802, Clin 0002: 1710-0-561-1033, & Clin 0003: 1710-00-922-3787. CLINS 0001 & 0002 may be awarded using Split Contract. CLIN 0003 maybe awarded using Multiple Award Procedures. All 3 NSNs require First Article Testing, Contractor. All 3 NSNs have the following FAT waived sources: Phargo LLC, Cage Code 71348, Victor Bilata, Cage Code 87679, & Murdock Webbing, Cage Code 83219. All other interested manufacturers will have to undergo and pass FAT/C. This is unrestricted acquisition. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The Small Business standard is 500 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. the government desires 60 delivery schedule for all 3 NSNs. All responsible sources may submit proposals. The following are the Solicitation Incremental Quantities for each NSN: CLIN 0001: 1710-00-126-2802: 300 TO 1000, 1001 TO 1700, 1701 TO 2400 AND 2401 TO 3500 EACH. CLIN 0002: 1710-00-561-1033: 3 TO 20, 21 TO 40, 41 TO 60 AND 61 TO 80 EACH. CLIN 0003: 1710-00-922-3787: 1 TO 15, 16 TO 50, 51 TO 140, 141 TO 280, AND 281 AND UP.
