Description

Construction: Architectural Upgrades, OPC, project 630-01-103 request for a proposal, RFP provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment to perform construction work in the OPC building no.6 all in accordance with contract specifications, and drawings, at the VA Medical Center, 423 E. 23RD Street, NY, NY 10010. Work will include architectural finishes, handrails and bumper guards, corner guards, refinish wood doors, new ceilings, dap flooring, replace Armstrong flooring in the operating rooms, vinyl flooring, spackling and painting in accordance with drawings and specs. Evaluation factors are as follows; past performance, 10 years minimum, -- -40%, price proposal -- -30%, technical approach -- -30%. Request for solicitation package must be in writing and accompany by a nonrefundable $75.00 fee (CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY). Interested parties must submit qualification outlining related past experience, references and years in business together with request for package to Rosa M. Asencio, Department of Veterans Affairs, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. No FAX request will be accepted. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
