Description

This procurement will be done in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program allowing for full and open competition. The NAICS code is 332996 with a size standard of 500 employees. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to furnish and install exhaust system modifications to existing emergency generators on the roof of the energy center at the VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida. Work shall include but not be limited to demolition, general construction, steel work, roof patching and flashing and mechanical piping. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract. The performance period is expected to be 120 calendar days. The estimated cost range is $100,000 -- $250,000.
