Description

Repair HVAC PMEL at Minot AFB, ND. Replace laboratory air handler and major portions of ductwork. Add two new air handlers, ductwork, and VAVs, reverse osmosis unit, and electric boiler. Replace humidifiers and heat exchanger. Install Government chiller. Period of performance is 300 calendar days. Work is 10% general, 60% mechanical, and 30% electrical. Project magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,00.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 235110 and the annual size standard is $11.5 million.
