Description

The General Services Administration is seeking to lease existing space in the City of Kerrville for the US Department of Agriculture. Aprroximately 1250 sf of warehouse space is required with 12 foot minimum celings, a loading dock and a 10 foot by 10 foot over door. Aprroximately one-half acre fenced in wareyard will be needed with a lockable gate for the storage of boats, trailers, ATV's and other vehicles. An approximately 250 sf climate controlled store room will be needed for the storage of temperature and humidity sensitive materials. A light industrial area, possibly in the warehouse will be needed for the repair and manufacturing of animal traps, equipment and mixing of animal baits. Approximately 2000 square feet of office space will be required. This lease will be for five (5) years firm.
